Welcome to the website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.


To use some of the services or features on this Site, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address:

In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

In order to be unique we design our clothes in small series between six and twelve of each model. When you chose your size, it is clearly shown which size is available and which one has been sold out. When the model is sold out, we do not reproduce, but create a new model. This way we guarantee the designer clothes, that we have created remain special thanks to the small series. 

pricing policy

Prices shown on the Site are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and are inclusive of VAT (27%).The total cost of the order is the price of the products plus the delivery charge. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. 

acceptance of your order

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorization of payment, the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

 If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. 

payment options

You can pay with all embossed VISA and MasterCard cards, and certain VISA Electron and V Pay cards. Whether or not you can use VISA Electron cards for internet-based payments depends on the bank that issued the card. VISA Electron bank cards issued by CIB can be used for internet-based purchases. If you have paid on your debit, credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy. (View the privacy policy).

international delivery

Beside Hungary we deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide.

After the production of your T-shirt (usually takes 8 to 10 days) you can pick up your order in the following ways:
- Personal pickup, Budapest XI. District (daily from 8 am to 8 pm at a prearranged time) FREE
- Shipping to Hungary (1-3 working days) 695 HUF
- Shipping to the European Union (3-4 working days) 2285 HUF
- Shipping to outside of European Union (3-8 working days) 2475 HUF
You can get your order personaly for free in Bánk bán str. 11. III./3 Budapest 1115, Hungary. We are in this place from 8 pm. But you have to arrange an appointment before.

Sending by post we aim to deliver all Hungarian orders in 1-3 working days. Deliveries in European Union will take 3-4 working days. Deliveries in outside European Union will take a bit longer to arrive, it takes about 3-8 working days.. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the last given working day, you can contact us on,  in this case we can track your parcel thanks to the tracking number.
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-7pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
A signature is requested on delivery to provide extra reassurance that your item has been delivered to you.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to deliver 1 more time on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, please add these instructions at the checkout. You may also add some additional information to help the courier find your delivery address. 

Please note we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched, so please take attention to indicate your shipping address, when you place an order. 



We guarantee to refund any faulty item purchased on Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please send the item back and where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired you are entitled to a full refund. Please enclose a letter to specify the problem with the product. It gives us information to avoid similar problem in the future.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.

Please note that the items of Kid Face Collection are custom made so be careful by choosing the sizes, colors, because we are unable to change the T-shirt after it has been produced.

Return Process:

1) Please note that items must be returned with all the barcode tags. Where provided, belts and any accessories should be included with your return.

2) Place the item into an envelope or parcel  and write the order number on it.

3) Place the invoice into the envelope or parcel as a proof of purchase.

4) Customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost.

5) Post the parcel to the following address: EDINA GYOVAI-FARKAS, 11 Bánk bán utca, Budapest 1115, Hungary.

6) When returning any item, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.

7) We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

8) Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

Goods damaged during delivery

If your item damaged during delivery, please report the problem to the post immediately. Please fill the form, provided by the post man and do not accept the damaged product. When the complain form is filled, the post office will inform ECLECTICK the product will be sent back to us. After we receive the product we are able to repair, replace or refund.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers

You can return an item which was bought as part of a discount offer.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on ECLECTICK. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. 


All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are EU sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
 Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Furthermore there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores.
